Claus Retschitzegger

Claus Retschitzegger, legal expert, has been part of bet-at-home.com AG Group since 2007. He began his career in marketing, public relations, and legal affairs before moving into the role of Head of Legal & Compliance and Corporate Communications in 2010. Since June 2024, he served as the Director of Legal & Compliance. Sole member of the Management Board of bet-at-home.com AG Group with effect from June 1, 2025.

Attorney Martin Arendts, M.B.L.-HSG, is the founder and owner of ARENDTS ANWÄLTE law firm. He specializes in capital investments as well as gaming and betting laws.

Dr. Raffaela Zillner

Member of the Supervisory Board

Dr. Raffaela Zillner, LL.M., has been working as a Public Affairs Manager at Merck Sharp & Dohme GmbH since 2022. During her studies at the University of Vienna, she already focused extensively on gambling and betting law. After several years working at a law firm, she subsequently served for five years as Secretary General of the Austrian Association for Betting and Gambling (OVWG). In 2021, she published a commentary on the Austrian Gambling Act.

Dominik Beier

Dominik Beier has been working in various executive roles since 2019 and led the Interwetten Group as CEO for two years. He currently holds the position of Chief Commercial Officer at Bitpanda. His extensive expertise in the gaming and sports industries is based, among other things, on several years of professional experience at Sportradar AG and LAOLA1 Multimedia GmbH.
