Claus Retschitzegger

Claus Retschitzegger, legal expert, has been part of bet-at-home.com AG Group since 2007. He began his career in marketing, public relations, and legal affairs before moving into the role of Head of Legal & Compliance and Corporate Communications in 2010. Since June 2024, he served as the Director of Legal & Compliance. Sole member of the Management Board of bet-at-home.com AG Group with effect from June 1, 2025.

Attorney Martin Arendts, M.B.L.-HSG, is the founder and owner of ARENDTS ANWÄLTE law firm. He specializes in capital investments as well as gaming and betting laws.

Michael Buchner

Member of the Supervisory Board

Mag. Michael Buchner is an HR Manager at JOB.ON Personaldienste GmbH in Linz. He has been with JOB.ON since December 2008. His areas of focus include personnel recruiting, placement and leasing, client support as well as personnel development and training. Previously, he worked at HAGMAYR Sportmanagement GmbH and led the establishment of the SPORT ALLIANCE k.s. office in Bratislava, where he was responsible for player scouting, support, and contract management.

Wolfgang Reisinger

Mag. Wolfgang Reisinger is Managing Director (COO/CFO) of Tractive GmbH. Since October 2014, he has been responsible for the overall operational management of Tractive GmbH as well as key corporate functions such as Finance, Operations, Customer Experience, and Human Resources. From November 2010 to October 2014, he worked as an Audit Assistant Manager at KPMG in Linz, focusing on annual audits, international financial reporting (IFRS), and the auditing of internationally active, partly listed companies.
