Lawyer Martin Arendts, M.B.L.-HSG, is the founder and owner of the law firm ARENDTS ANWÄLTE. He is specialized in law concerning capital investments and gaming and betting.

Isabelle Parize

After her role as CEO at CanalSat, the French pay TV satellite platform, Isabelle Parize was CEO of Quest International Fragrances. She was formerly the Marketing Director of Procter & Gamble, CEO of Henkel France, and finally Corporate Vice President for Henkel in Europe, Africa and the Middle East. She has an MBA from the ESCP (Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Paris). Since September 2007, Isabelle Parize is CEO of Mangas Gaming, a French leading group in online gaming and sports betting which operates BetClic, Betathome and Expekt and which is held by the Société des Bains de Mer and Financière Lov.

Jean-Laurent Nabet

After his role as Head of M&A at Vivendi Universal, The French Media giant, Jean-Laurent was an investment banker with Deutsche Bank in Paris. He was formerly SVP in charge of Development of Havas. Jean-Laurent Nabet has an MBA from HEC (Hautes Etudes Commerciales). Since January 2008, Jean-Laurent Nabet is Head of Investment of Financiere Lov, Stephane Courbit’s Investment vehicle and co controlling shareholder of Mangas Gaming.
